Every year at LSAD the Visual Communications final year class pitch to win
the branding project for the LSAD Fashion Department's Fashion Show.
In 2013 Brett O’Mahony, Louise O'Doherty & myself were the winning collaborative group.
The core of the concept was to create a visual identity for the show, a platform that
presents the designers as individuals. Therefore the title Nineteen was derived from
the 19 individuals in the show. Our focus was to concentrate on these 19 designers
and make visuals that would be intriguing, dark and ambiguous. For the show we
designed promotional print material, which included a catalogue, posters,
invites & welcome notes as well as online video content: 114 second motion piece,
an integrated website and connected social media.
